You must be an established home service business actively operating and generating revenue — this guarantee does not apply to startups or newly launched businesses
You must be running a minimum of $70 per day in ad spend for the full 30-day period
Your onboarding form and offer document must be completed and submitted within the first 7 days of signing
All brand assets, logos, and content must be provided to our team within the first 7 days of signing
All ad videos must be filmed and uploaded to Google Drive within 4 days of receiving scripts
You must respond to all inbound leads and booked estimates within 24 hours of receiving them
You must maintain active communication with our team through your private Slack channel, responding within 24 hours when tagged
If all conditions above are met and we have not delivered qualified leads within 30 days of your ads going live — you will receive a full refund of your monthly retainer.
This guarantee covers qualified lead generation only. It does not apply to booked appointments, closed jobs, or revenue outcomes. Ad spend is non-refundable as it is paid directly to Meta.
